Baked Salmon and Asparagus in Foil
Ingredients to prepare Salmon:
- Salmon fillets – 3 (clean and boneless)
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Ingredients for garlic sauce:
- Butter – 30 gm
- Garlic cloves – 4 minced
- Heavy cream – 1/3 cup
- Dill – 1 tsp
- Parsley – 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste

Method:
- Season salmon fillets by adding salt, pepper seasoning, then in a pan at medium temperature, place the salmon fillets with the skin facing below and cook for about 4 minutes.
- Remove salmon fillets from the pan and set aside, then melt the butter to the same pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper, the dill, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Place fried salmon in the sauce and cook for few seconds.
- Serve with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
