Remedy for Gastric problems
Ingredients:
- Water – 8 glasses
- Gull-e- jasmine tea – 6 tsp
- Carom seeds – 1 tsp
- Malt vinegar – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder – 1 pinch
- Honey – to taste
- Onion seeds – ¼ tsp
Method:
- Take a pan, add water, gull-e-jasmine tea, carom seeds and malt vinegar, cook well.
- Keep in fridge.
- Then take every day 1 cup with cinnamon, honey and onion seeds.
