Dahi Phulki Raita: English – Urdu Recipe

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Ground Chicken🐔(چکن کا قیمہ) – 4 lbs (~2 KG)
  2. Ginger🫚Paste (ادرک کا پیسٹ) – 2 tbsp
  3. Garlic🧄Paste (لہسن کا پیسٹ) – 2 tbsp
  4. Red Onion🧅🌰 (لال کچی پیاز) – 1 Large (CHOPPED, کٹا ہوا) (WATER💧(پانی) DRAINED, پانی نکلا ہوا)
  5. Green Peppers🌶(ہری مرچ) – 6 peppers (CHOPPED, کٹا ہوا)
  6. Red Bell Pepper🫑(لال شملہ مرچ) – 1 pepper (CHOPPED, کٹا ہوا)
  7. Green Bell Pepper🫑 (ہری شملہ مرچ) – 1 pepper (CHOPPED, کٹا ہوا)
  8. All-Purpose Flour (میدہ) – 4 tbsp (1/4 CUP EQUALS TO 4 TBSP)
  9. Butter🧈 (مکھن) – 5 tbsp (YOU CAN ADD GHEE INSTEAD, آپ مکھن کے بجائے گھی بھی ڈال سکتے ہیں)
  10. Corn🌽Starch (کارن اسٹارچ) – 2 tbsp
  11. Oil🛢(تیل) 4 tbsp (1/4 CUP EQUALS TO 4 TBSP)

Keto Roly Poly Kabab

SPICES (مصالحے):-

  1. Crushed Red Peppers (کٹی ہوئ لال مرچ)- 1 tsp
  2. Black Pepper (کالی مرچ کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  3. White Pepper Powder(سفید مرچ کا پاوڈر) – 2 tsp
  4. Cumin Seeds Powder (زیرہ کا پاوڈر) – 2 tsp
  5. Coriander Powder (دھنیہ کا پاوڈر) – 2 tsp
  6. Chaat Masala (چاٹ مصالحہ) – 2 tsp
  7. Garam Masala (گرم مصالحہ) – 1 tsp
  8. Red Chili Powder (لال مرچ کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder (ہلدی کا پاوڈر) – 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt🧂(نمک) – 2 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:-

  • Take a bowl🥣 add ground chicken🐔(چکن کا قیمہ) then add all the spices (مصالحے) and mix together. Add ginger🫚, garlic🧄paste (ادرک🫚، لہسن🧄کا پیسٹ), Add onion🧅🌰 (کچی پیاز), green peppers🌶(ہری مرچ), red bell pepper🫑(لال شملہ مرچ), green Bell pepper🫑 (ہری شملہ مرچ) and mix well know add all-purpose flour (میدہ) know add butter🧈 (مکھن), then add corn🌽starch (کارن اسٹارچ) and mix very well.
  • Put into the Freezer🧊 (فریزر) for 5 minutes. 5 minutes later take out from freezer🧊 (فریزر). Take a small bowl🥣 with cold water💧(پانی) dip your hand✋️in the water💧(پانی) and take a portions from a mixture and give the shape like a seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) and put on a cookie sheet (کوکی شیٹ).
  • Take a frying pan and turn the flame🔥 on to MEDIUM-LOW HEAT. Add oil🛢(تیل). Take a straw put onto the un-sharpened pencil (غیر تیز پنسل) and give the shape like a seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) take it from un-sharpened pencil (غیر تیز پنسل) and put in the oil🛢(تیل). Start turning the seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) and fry for 10-12 minutes.
  • After Frying for 10-12 Minutes, the seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) that is done take it out from the oil🛢(تیل) and keep cooking whatever seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) is not done. Once the remainder of the seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) is done, take out from the oil🛢(تیل) know turn off the flame🔥.
  • Serve this seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) with Rita (رائيتہ), and onion🧅🌰 (کچی پیاز)

FREEZING🧊 PROCEDURE (جما رینے کا طریقہ):-

  • Take the remainder ground chicken🐔(چکن کا قیمہ) make a shape like a seekh kabab (سیخ کباب)
  • FIRST PROCEDURE (پہلا طریقہ):-
  • Take a seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) put in the microwave safe plate and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • SECOND PROCEDURE (دوسرا طریقہ):-
  • Take a frying pan fill it with water💧(پانی) and bring the water💧(پانی) to boil and put seekh kabab (سیخ کباب) in the water💧(پانی) and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Once cool, put in the container and freeze🧊 (فریز) it.
  • When you feel like eating it, take it out from Freezer🧊 (فریزر) and thaw (پگھلنا) and fry.
