Dahi Phulki Raita: English – Urdu Recipe
Easy dahi phulki raita, you can serve with rice, chana chat or take as it is.
Dahi Phulki Raita
Ingredients:
- Yogurt – 1/2 kg
- Onion – 1 chopped
- Tomato – 1 chopped
- Boiled potato – 1 chopped
- Thinly chopped green chili – 2
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Gram flour – 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Fried cumin seeds – 2 tsp
- Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
- Oil – for frying
Method:
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, cumin seeds- red chili powder and baking soda, mix and batter with water.
- Now fry in medium hot oil until it’s light golden brown like pakora. Phulkies are ready.
- Take another bowl, add yogurt, salt, fried cumin seeds, green chilies, potato, onion, prepared phulki and tomato, mix and pour in serving dish, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
