It has to be easy to prepare and assimilate, as well as be a festive decoration. With an abundance of delicious dishes at the head table, a no-bake recipe or any recipe that does not require a lot of time and emotional expense is the perfect addition to the menu.
Here is an amazing New Year’s dessert in 5 minutes, no oven, no condensed milk, no gelatin, no sugar, no flour!

Amazing Lemon Drizzle Cake: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chocolate biscuits – 200g
  2. Chopped Walnuts – 100 gm
  3. Melted butter – 80g
  4. Cream cheese – 200g
  5. Lotus Biscuit Spread – 200g
  6. Chocolate – 70g
  7. Cream – 4 tbsp
  8. Cream cheese – 200g
  9. Whipped cream – 200 ml
  10. Powdered Erythritol – 1/3 cup

Ingredients for garnishing:

  1. Lemon Curd – 1/3 cup
  2. Chopped pistachio – 1 tbsp
  3. Almonds flakes – few
  4. Cocoa powder – 1 tsp

Method:

Step 1:

  • Pulse the biscuits in a food processor or blender until it is finely ground. Put the powder in a large bowl, and stir in crushed walnuts. Stir in the melted butter.
  • Press the crumb mixture into a 18cm springform pan, spreading it 1 1/2 to 2 inches up the side; press flat. Chill crust in freezer for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2:

  • Meanwhile, make the filling: beat the cream cheese and Lotus Biscuit Spread in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the crust; smooth the top with a rubber spatula. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.

Step 3:

  • Melt chocolate on double boiler with 4 tbsp of cream. Then pour in cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.

Step 4:

  • Beat cream cheese, whipped cream and Powdered Erythritol until you get stiff peaks.
  • Spread on melted chocolate.

Step 5:

  • Spread lemon curd. Then garnish with crushed chocolate, pistachio, almond flakes and cocoa powder and cream cheese mixture (I added 1 tsp of cocoa powder in remaining cream cheese and whipped cream mixture), and decorate the cake.
  • Refrigerate the cake for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
