Tandoori Chicken Pakora Recipe
This tandoori chicken pakora recipe is perfect for Ramadan, because it’s fast and easy to make, and it’s delicious and very filling.
Hari Mirch ka Pakora Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken (16 pcs) – 1 kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp heaped
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Make deep cuts on chicken.
- Then marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, Tandoori masala, salt and yogurt, mix and leave for 1 hour.
Ingredient for batter:
- Gram Flour – 1 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Amchoor Powder – 1 tsp
- Carom seeds – ½ tsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Tandoori Masala – 1 tbsp
- Chaat Masala – for garnishing
Method:
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, amchoor powder, carom seeds, baking powder and tandoori masala, mix and make batter with water.
- Add marinated chicken to batter, deep fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Put on a platter. Sprinkle chaat masala.
- Serve with mint chutney.
