PAKORA’S are everyone’s favorite. People don’t want to make them in the oil because the are very health conscious. They want to eat as less oil🛢as possible. Thsi recipe is perfect for those who avoid oil🛢. So let’s start our recipe.

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Pakora

INGREDIENTS:-
- Gram Flour (بیسن) – 1.5 cups (SIFTED USE AS NEEDED)
- Onions🧅- 3 cups (SLICED)
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Potatoes🥔cubed – 1 lb (~1/2 KG) Uncooked
- Green Peppers🌶- 2 (CHOPPED)
- Fresh Coriander (ہرا دھنیہ) – 1 Large Handful (CHOPPED)
- Garlic🧄Paste – 1 tsp
- Ginger🫚Paste – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp (2 TBSP WERE ADDED TO ONIONS🧅TOTAL USED 4 TBSP)
- Corn🌽 Starch – 3 tbsp
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
SPICES:-
- Salt – 1 tsp (1/2 TSP WERE ADDED TO ONIONS🧅TOTAL USED 1.5 TSP)
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric (ہلدی) – 1/4 tsp
- Carrom Seeds (اجوائن) – 1/2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:-
- In a bowl🥣add onions, salt and add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix together (LIKE ONION🧅PAKORAS) add potatoes🥔, green peppers🌶, Fresh Coriander (ہرا دھنیہ), add all the spices, garlic paste & ginger paste, and add lemon juice and mix well.
- Add Gram Flour (بیسن) mix well know add water add corn🌽 strach mix well add baking powder.
- Take a MUFFIN TIN drizzle with oil with the help with brush spread the oil take a 1 tsp of mixture and put into the mixture.
- Preheat oven @ 380°F (193.333°C) and bake it for 30 minutes. 30 minutes later pick with toothpick to see whether potatoes🥔and batter are cooked take it out from the oven and put on a serving platter and serve with green [HARI] Chutney, Tomato🍅Ketchup, and Imli Ki Chutney.

MUFFIN PAN (IT HAS TO BEEN TIN PAN IN ORDER TO GET EXCELLENT RESULT). It doesn’t have to be Mini Muffin Pan.
