Prawn Karahi Recipe: English – Urdu
Very tasty and quick recipe of Prawn Karahi for sea food lovers. With just simple ingredients you will have yummy karahi at home.
Prawn Karahi
Ingredients:
- King prawn – ½ kg
- Ginger – ¼ cup
- Green chillies – 1 to 2
- Methi – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes – 3 to 4 (chopped)
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Red crushed chillies – 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take pan put 2 tbsp oil heat up then put prawn, ginger 1 tbsp, green chillies and ½ tsp methi and stir fry, then take it out.
- Then in same pan put 1/3 cup oil heat up then put tomato, ginger, red chilli powder, red crushed chilli, salt, and cook well until tomato mix.
- Now put methi, cumin seeds ( crushed not fry ) and fry well then add prawns, mix them nicely.
- Then put 2 tbsp lemon juice and serve with ginger flakes and fresh coriander.
