Spicy Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
- Shrimps – 700 gm
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder – 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder – 1 tsp
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Add shrimps and all spices together in a bowl and coat.
- Place shrimp in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to marinate.
- Over medium heat, saute shrimp in a skillet until cooked through.
- Heat corn or low carb tortillas over flame or in a dry heat pan.
- Place shredded lettuce in the tortilla and top with shrimp.
- Place pico de gallo if using
- Drizzle sour cream. Top with cilantro and enjoy!
