Take a leg of a lamb, wash it and dry it properly, then make deep cuts, apply salt, ginger garlic paste and papaya paste and leave for at least half an hour.
Now take a wok and put oil and heat it up, put marinated leg in hot oil just to give it a brown colour.
Make sure you don’t put the leg in the oil, just hold with a big strainer.
Now take it out from oil and put it aside, now mix all ingredients in yogurt and apply on leg all around.
Now put 1 ½ jug of water in steamer and steam leg for 25 minutes and then serve.
