Ingredients :
- Apricot puree – 2 1/4 cups sweetened and strained
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Water – 125 ml
- Egg yolks – 4
- Cream – 350 ml
Apricot Cooler
Method:
- Add sugar and water in a pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then pour this syrup into beaten yolks, whisk until thick. Let it cool down.
- Then add cream, mix well.
- Now freeze, when it’s half-frozen, take it out and beat it again.
