Ramzan Special Khameeri Paratha
Ramzan Special Khameeri Paratha

My dad used to love to eat khameeri parathas. Back then, we had to leave the atta outside to make these parathas, but now it is as easy as adding yeast to dough to make them. I created this easy to follow recipe for Ramadan. I made these khameeri parathas for my kids at Sehri time, and they loved it. These parathas are soft and spongy. You can eat them as is with tea, and trust me, you will definitely enjoy eating them!
