Preparing the Filling:

Assembling the Keema Naan:

  • Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

  • Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of the circle.
  • Gather the edges of the dough circle and pinch them together to seal the filling inside.

  • Make some cuts and apply yogurt mixed with yellow food color.
  • Sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
  • Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the rolled-out naan on the hot griddle. Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, then place it under the hot grill.

  • Optionally, brush the cooked naan with melted butter or ghee for extra flavor.
  • Serve the keema naan hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
