Best Dark Chocolate Brownies Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Unsalted butter – 170 gm
- Light brown sugar – 310 gm
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder – 70 gm
- Fine salt – 1 tsp
- Large eggs – 2
- Large egg yolk – 1
- Vanilla Extract or sugar – tsp
- All purpose flour – 65 gm
- Semisweet chips – 160 gm
Method:

- Preheat the oven to 325*F with a rack in the center.
- Grease a 9″ square pan and line with parchment.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat and then stir in the light brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of water until combined.
- Bring to a simmer and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, when you see bubbles forming off of the heat, add oil and mix well.
- Then set aside to cool completely.
- Then add cocoa powder, 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk, salt, vanilla extract, fold gently.
- Lastly add strained plain flour, fold and add chocolate chips and fold.
- Now pour in prepared square pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on (180C).
- Cut in slices and serve with coffee and vanilla ice cream.
