Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients;
- Butter – 150gm/5 oz
- Brown sugar – 150gm/5 oz
- Eggs – 2
- Self raising flour – 150gm/5oz
- Coco powder – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 75-100 ml
- Chocolate chips – 75gm/3oz
Method:
- Use a paper towel to grease the muffin tray a little soft butter.
- Put the butter, sugar and eggs into a large mixing bowl. Sift in the flour. Stir the ingredients together with a wooden
- spoon until well mixed.
- Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl. Add the milk unto the mixture is creamy and add the chocolate chips.
- Use a teaspoon to divide the mixture equally into the muffin tray bake the muffins for 12 Minutes.
- Leave the muffins in the tray until they are cool, then serve.
