Method:
- First roll out the dough, giving it a pizza shape.
- Preheat the oven at 180ºC while preparing the toppings.
- In a bowl, add ricotta, garlic, chili flakes, salt and black pepper. Mix it well.
- Apply the ricotta cheese mix, mozzarella, any kind of veggies (optional), oregano, chili flakes and extra virgin olive oil.
- Put the pizza in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve immediately.
