There are many recipes that can be made with zucchini as the main ingredient. This time we are going with one of the simple ones, which also shows how well this vegetable is understood with feta cheese.
Zucchini Fritters
Ingredients:
Zucchini Keto Fries
- Zucchini – 2
- Green chillies – 4 chopped
- Onion – 1/2 chopped
- Feta cheese – 40 gm
- Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour – 2 tbsp
- Flaxseeds powder – 1 tbsp
Oven Fried Zucchini Sticks
Method:
- Once the zucchini is shredded, add some salt and squeeze the excess water as shown in the video.
- Then add zucchini in a bowl along with onion, green chillies, Red chilli flakes, Cumin powder, turmeric powder, feta cheese, gram flour and flaxseeds flour. Mix it well.
- Make fritters with the help of oil as kabab and shallow fry in medium hot oil until it’s golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
