Aloo Chutney Bun Kabab Recipe

Perfect Homemade Buns in Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled and mashed potato – 1/2 kg
  2. Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
  3. Dry coriander – 2 tsp
  4. Red chili flakes – 2 tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilies – 3 thinly chopped
  8. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
  9. Onion – 1 thinly chopped
  10. Oil – for frying
  11. Ketchup – As required
  12. Burger buns – 6
  13. Eggs – 2 lightly beaten with 2 tbsp of water

Method:

  • In a bowl, add potato, chili flakes, chaat masala, cumin seeds, salt, crushed dry coriander, onion, fresh corainder and green chili, mix it well and make round kababs.
  • Dip in beaten egg and shallow fry in oil on medium flame.
  • Then apply green chutney on one bun, ketchup, kabab, onion slices, cover with second slice of bun and heat up from both sides on hot skillet with little bit of oil.
  • Serve with green chutney and salad.

Green Chutney:

  1. Fresh coriander – 1/2 bunch
  2. Mint – 15 to 20 leaves
  3. Green chili – 4
  4. Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  5. Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Grind fresh coriander, mint, green chilies and salt with little bit of water.
  • Then take it out and pour in a bowl, add yogurt and mix well, set aside.
