Apricot Cooler | Pak Ladies
- Apricot Sugar Free Preserves – 1/3 cup
- Sugar free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt – 1 cup
- Chopped fresh pineapple – 1 cup
- Skim milk – 1/2 cup
- Almond extract – 1/8 tsp
- Add apricots, ice cream or yogurt, pineapple, milk and almond extract in a blender container and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
