How to Make Chapal Kebab

Ingredients:
•1 kg of minced fat rich beef
•One cup spring onion chopped into bits
•Two to three tomatoes crushed in palm,
•2tablespoons chopped green chilies,
•2tablespoons coriander seeds,
•one cup coriander chopped leave,
•2tablespoons dried pomegranates seeds,
•thoroughly grinded following items
3-5 clove,
1 tea spoon pepper corn,
20 g cinnamon ,
2-3 cardamom,
1 tea spoon cumin seed,
•1cup farm fresh corn flour(not canned),
•table spoon crushed garlic,
•table spoon crushed ginger,
•one beaten raw egg
•salt as required

Method:
•Kenned the ingredients with hand without water or any fluid, however, sprinkling water up to 2-3 tablespoon is permissible.
•Leave the well kenned ingredients covered for 15-30 minutes.
•Heat up cooking oil or fat in a frying pan
•Make handful ball of the ingredient, press into a cake which is about 12-15 mm thick.
•Now shallow fry this cake right away.
•Eat with bread or Afghani Nans, fresh salad will add to flavour
