How to Make Chicken Mayo Roll: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – 300 gm cut in cubes
  2. Yogurt – 3 tbsp
  3. Cream – 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder – 3/4 tsp
  7. Salt – 3/4 tsp
  8. Food color – 1 pinch
  9. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  10. Hot and spicy chutney – as required
  11. Khasata parathay – as required

Method;

  • In a bowl, add yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, food color and lemon juice, mix well and marinate chicken pieces for at least 2 hours.
  • Then heat up 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan and cook marinated chicken until done.
  • Then give smoke of charcaol.
  • Now place this cooked chicken on khasta paratha, then onion rings, then hot and spicy chutney, roll and serve.

Ingredients:

  1. Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
  2. Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
  3. Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  4. Red crushed chili – 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  6. Chat masala – 1/2 tsp

Method;

  • In a bowl, add all above ingredients and mix well.
