How to Make Bite Size Onion Pakora Recipe in Urdu / English
Onion Bite Size Pakoray
Ingredients:
Gram flour – ½ cup
Bread crumbs – 1 tbsp
Potato – 1 (julienne cut)
Egg – 1
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 (cut in julienne)
Fried and ground cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 ½ tsp or to taste
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 3
Baking soda – 1 pinch (only use at frying time)
Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
Method:
Take a bowl and put all spices along with gram flour and make a smooth better. Then add onion, potato, green chilli and fresh coriander, mix well. Put oil in a wok. Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain and place them on an absorbent paper. Serve with mint chutney.
