Crispy, light and delicious pakora recipe, you ever tried it before.
Sabzi ke Pakore
Ingredients:
- Chickpea flour – 1 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
- Dry coriander – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Green chili – 3 chopped
- Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 10
- Potato: 1 (shredded)
- Spinach – 1 cup chopped
- Oil – for deep frying
- Big size of Onion – 1 cut into slices
Method:
- Take a bowl, add the chickpea flour, cumin seeds, crushed chili, salt, garlic, black pepper, dry coriander, baking powder, green chili, fresh coriander, curry leaves, onion, potato and spinach, mix well.
- Heat up oil for deep frying in wok and deep fry chickpea flour coated vegetables until crispy and light golden brown.
- Serve with tamarind or mint sauce.
