Chicken Reshmi Kabab Recipe

Soft and tender chicken reshmi kabab recipe, serve as it is with any sauce or you can make paratha roll for kids.

Chicken Reshmi Kabab Recipe

Mint-Corriander Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken thigh boneless – 2 kg cut in 2 inch pieces
  2. Chicken cube powder – 2 tbsp
  3. Green chili paste – 3 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  5. Papaya paste – 1 tsp
  6. Cream cheese – 1 tbsp
  7. Fresh cream – 1 1/2 cup
Reshmi Kabab Recipe: English – Urdu

Method:

  • In a bowl, add chicken cubes, chicken cube powder, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, cream cheese and fresh cream, mix well and leave for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.
  • Then skew on skewers and grill or BBQ.
  • Serve with mint sauce and salad.
