Soft and tender chicken reshmi kabab recipe, serve as it is with any sauce or you can make paratha roll for kids.
Chicken Reshmi Kabab Recipe
Mint-Corriander Chutney
Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh boneless – 2 kg cut in 2 inch pieces
- Chicken cube powder – 2 tbsp
- Green chili paste – 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Papaya paste – 1 tsp
- Cream cheese – 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream – 1 1/2 cup

Method:
- In a bowl, add chicken cubes, chicken cube powder, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, cream cheese and fresh cream, mix well and leave for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.
- Then skew on skewers and grill or BBQ.
- Serve with mint sauce and salad.
