Easy Classic Club Sandwich
Club sandwich is the double-decker sandwich. It’s very easy, convenient and a full meal. You can use any leftovers in your fridge, like cheese slices, omelet, salad, leftover meat. You just need to make mayo dip, butter and fill in between three slices of bread and make easy classic club sandwich.
Easy Classic Club Sandwich
Egg and Chicken Salad Sandwich: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken fillet – 3
- Bread slices – as required
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Cucumber 1 cut in slices
- Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Worcester sauce – 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste or powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Lettuce leaves – as required
- Fried eggs – 2
- Cheese slices – as required
- Tomato – 1 cut in slices
- Soft butter – as required
Method:
- Apply black pepper, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, salt, red crushed chilli, Worcester sauce and ½ tsp mustard paste or mustard powder on chicken slices and leave for 10 minutes.
- Cook in grill pan and cut in thin stripes. In a bowl, add ketchup, mayonnaise and 1 tsp of mustard paste; mix and make a dip.
- On one bread slice, apply butter, then place chicken, then on a second slice of bread, apply the dip, then lettuce, then fried egg, then cheese slice, then tomato, then cucumber and cover with a third slice of bread.
- Cut in the middle, and serve.
