How to Make Khoya (Mawa) Malai Kulfi, English / Urdu Recipe

Khoya (Mawa) Malai Kulfi

Ingredients:

  1. Khoya (Mava) – 250 g
  2. Condensed milk – 1 can or 400 g
  3. Evaporated milk chilled – 16 oz
  4. Cream – 400 g
  5. kewra water – 1 tsp
  6. Bread slices – 2
  7. Crushed pistachio – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients in blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Now put this mixture in freezer in kulfa container or in any air tight container for at least 12 hours.
  • Then serve this yummy kulfa to all your family and friends.
