How to Make Yummy Kofta Pakoray, English / Urdu Recipe
Kofta Pakoray
Ingredients:
- Chicken mince – 1/2 kg
- Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies – 6
- Salt – to taste
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 1 bunch
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Onion – 1
Method:
In a chopper, add mince, onion, red chilli powder, bread crumbs, baking powder, green chillies, salt, ginger, garlic paste, fresh coriander and turmeric powder, grind well. Mixture should be soft and smooth. Then take out mixture from chopper and place in fridge for few minutes to settle down. Then make balls. Then take a pan, add some water, place on cooker and in warm water add meat balls, cook on high flame until balls are done and water dries, let them cool down completely. Now dip in pakora mix and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Pakora Mix:
- Gram flour – 2 cups
- Fried ground dry coriander – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Mix gram flour, dry coriander, salt, baking powder and red chilli powder in a bowl, make batter with water and use it.
