Beef Lasagna Recipe
Really yummy beef lasagna recipe with ground beef, capsicum, mushrooms, celery, carrots, cheddar cheese, cheese sauce and lasagna pasta sheets.
Beef Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beef mince – 500 gm
- Celery – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Onion chopped – 1
- Garlic clove – 1
- Carrot chopped – 1
- Mushroom – 1 cup
- Capsicum – 1 cup
- Crushed red chilli- 1 tsp
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Basil – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt as taste
- Tomato puree – 2 ½ cup
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take a sauce pan put oil and heat up then add mince and cook until white.
- Then put onion, garlic, celery, carrots, mushroom, capsicum and tomato puree and mix well and cook for 2 min then put a bit water and add red crushed chilli, salt, oregano, basil and sugar and put some more water and cook on medium heat for 1 and half hour.
- Then remove from cooker and set a side
Cheese sauce
Ingredients:
- Plain flour – 1/3 cup
- Butter – ¼ cup
- Milk – 2 cup
- Nut mug – 1 pinch
- Salt as taste
- White pepper or black pepper – ¼ tsp
- Cheddar cheese – 125 g
Method:
- Take a sauce pan, put butter and heat it up and then take it off the cooker.
- Now put flour and fry then add nutmeg, salt, white or black pepper and mix then put milk gradually and cook until thick then put cheese and take it off the cooker and set a side.
Now prepare lasagna for baking:
- Take a baking dish and apply cheese sauce then lasagna sheets, then mince.
- Then cheese sauce, then oregano little bit then sheets then mince then cheese sauce then sheets then cheese sauce then cream then cheddar cheese then red crushed chilli then extra virgin olive oil ( in this stage we can freeze this lasagna wrap with foil or cling film) and then bake in oven for 30 min at 180°C.
- Then serve with salad.
