Dhuli Moong Ki Daal Ke Pakoray: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tamarind – 120 gm (soak in hot water for 30 minutes)
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Dry ginger powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Take a pan, add strained tamarind, sugar, red chilli powder, ginger powder, salt and red chilli flakes, mix and cook until thicken.
- Let it cool down.
- Store in a clean jar and keep refrigerated.
- Use whenever you need.
