Crispy Cheese and Onion Paratha

Today, I have a recipe that we could serve as a Christmas holiday breakfast or in Ramazan sehri. I tried cheese and onion paratha for the first time when we went to an Indian Restaurant earlier this year, along with my family.

All of us decided to have Indian food that day and cheese and onion paratha was one of the options. I already knew cheese paratha and liked to make it at home, but I didn’t know you could make a cheese and onion version. Then when I tried it for the first time, I loved it.

So today I am sharing with you this crispy paratha stuffed with cheese, onion and fresh coriander. If you like Indian food, you have to try this. Basic ingredients with an incredible result to enjoy!

Crispy Cheese and Onion Paratha

Pizza Paratha: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Plain flour – 3 cups
  2. Sugar – 1 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1 tsp

Stuffing for Crispy Cheese Paratha

  1. Indian Cheese – 250gm
  2. Fresh coriander – 1 cup chopped
  3. Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
  4. Melted butter

Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha

Method:

  • Add plain flour, sugar, salt and make soft dough with water. Let it set for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile shred the paneer, then add in a bowl along with fresh coriander and onions. Mix it well.
  • Divide the dough into 4 portions or as you want.
  • Roll the dough thinly, apply melted butter and fold one side as shown in the video.
  • Place cheese stuffing, fold the second part, and fold again like an envelope. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Then roll the stuffed patties gradually and fry in a pan with melted butter or ghee until it turns crispy and light golden.
  • Serve with tea or as you like. You will never want to stop eating these paratha.
