Cheesy Vegetables Bites

Ingredients for dough:

  1. Flour – 2 cups
  2. Baking powder – 3 tsp
  3. Butter – 3 tbsp
  4. Salt – 2 pinches
  5. Egg – 1
Mix all above ingredients in flour and make dough.

Ingredients for filling:

  1. Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
  2. Mix vegetables – 1 Β½ cup boiled
  3. Salt – 2 to 3 pinches
  4. Black pepper – 3 pinches
  5. Chilli sauce – 2 tsp
  6. Fresh bread crumbs – 2 slices
Take a bowl, add mix boiled vegetables, cheese, salt, black pepper, chilli sauce and bread crumbs.

Method:

Preheat oven on 180C, 350F and gas mark 4. Roll down the dough on medium thickness, cut from 1 side.
Now place the filling on one side of dough and roll once, cut from the end for straight line, then apply lightly beaten egg and close the roll. Apply egg on this roll and bake for 10 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces. Repeat with the extra dough.
