Take a wok, add ghee and fry flour until light brown.
Then add Gond, fry well.
Then add poppy seeds, fry for 3 sec, then add coconut.
Fry for 2 sec then add almond, cardamom, nutmeg, mace and pistachio, mix well.
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Melted ghee – 1/3 cup
Cook until sugar dissolves, then let it cook until it becomes into 3 strings, then add ghee, mix well and quickly add this mixture in fried Gond mixture, mix and pour in greased tray, level and let it cool down.
