Eid Special Bombay Biryani: Urdu – English Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 cut in 12 pieces
- Onion – 3 sliced
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Whole garam masala – 4 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
- Boiled rice – 4 cups
- Salt 1 – tbsp
- Yogurt – 4 cup
- Green chili – 12-15 sliced
- Green chili – 5 to 6 whole
- Dry plum – 5 to 6 sokaed
- Potatoes – 4 medium cut in cubes
- Kewra water – 5 tbsp
Anarkali Biryani: English – Urdu Recipe
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and fry onions until transulant. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry a little.
- Then add whole garam masala (all spice), chicken and green chili, fry well.
- Now add yogurt, whole green chili, salt and potato, mix and cook until chicken and potatoes are tender and 3/4 water dries.
- Now add kewra water, dry plum and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on high flame.
- Then spread boiled rice on chicken korma, cover and cook on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with salad and raita.
