Ordinary hot-brewed coffee can be served cold, although this may result in a bitter-tasting product. Cold brewing relies on time, rather than heat, to transfer the coffee flavour to the water. In order to achieve this, ground coffee is soaked in water for hours and then filtered. But now you can make this in few minutes.

Ingredients:

1. Milk – 200g
2. Ground sugar – 3 tsp
3. Cream – 2 tsp
4. Instant Coffee– 1 tsp
5. Any flavour of Ice cream – 1 scoop
6. Ice cubes – as required

Method:

• In blender put ice, sugar, milk, coffee and cream and blend for 2 minutes.
• Now put this mixture in glass then on top ice cream scoop and serve.
