Chicken White Korma Recipe is a dish originating in South Asia or Central Asia which can be made with yogurt, cream, nut and seed pastes or coconut milk. It is a type of curry. The flavour of a korma is based on a mixture of spices, including ground coriander and cumin, combined with yogurt.

Quick and Easy Mutton Korma: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Oil – Β½ cup
  3. Cloves – 3
  4. Black pepper – 4
  5. Green cardamoms – 4
  6. Cinnamon 1” stick – 1
  7. Big cardamom – 1
  8. Onion – 250gm make a paste
  9. Green chillies – 7 make a paste
  10. Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp make a paste
  11. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  12. Salt – 1 Β½ tsp
  13. White pepper – 1 Β½ tsp
  14. Yogurt – 250 gm
  15. Almonds – 10 make a paste
  16. Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp
  17. Kewra water – 1 tbsp
How to Make Wedding Chicken Korma in Urdu – English

Method:

  • Take a pan, heat up oil, then add cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, big cardamom, fry for 1 sec.
  • Then add onion paste, fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add green chili paste, fresh coriander paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and white pepper, mix and fry well.
  • Then add chicken and fry well. Now add yogurt, mix well.
  • Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
  • Then add almond paste, green cardamom powder, cover and cook on dum for 5 minutes.
  • Then add kewra water and serve with tandoori naan and enjoy.
