Ingredients:
- Chicken β 1 kg
- Oil β Β½ cup
- Cloves β 3
- Black pepper β 4
- Green cardamoms β 4
- Cinnamon 1β stick β 1
- Big cardamom β 1
- Onion β 250gm make a paste
- Green chillies β 7 make a paste
- Fresh coriander β 1 tbsp make a paste
- Ginger garlic paste β 2 tbsp
- Salt β 1 Β½ tsp
- White pepper β 1 Β½ tsp
- Yogurt β 250 gm
- Almonds β 10 make a paste
- Green cardamom powder β 1 tsp
- Kewra water β 1 tbsp
How to Make Wedding Chicken Korma in Urdu β English
Method:
- Take a pan, heat up oil, then add cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, big cardamom, fry for 1 sec.
- Then add onion paste, fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add green chili paste, fresh coriander paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and white pepper, mix and fry well.
- Then add chicken and fry well. Now add yogurt, mix well.
- Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
- Then add almond paste, green cardamom powder, cover and cook on dum for 5 minutes.
- Then add kewra water and serve with tandoori naan and enjoy.
