Quick and Easy Mutton Korma: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Oil – ½ cup
- Cloves – 3
- Black pepper – 4
- Green cardamoms – 4
- Cinnamon 1” stick – 1
- Big cardamom – 1
- Onion – 250gm make a paste
- Green chillies – 7 make a paste
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp make a paste
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 ½ tsp
- White pepper – 1 ½ tsp
- Yogurt – 250 gm
- Almonds – 10 make a paste
- Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Kewra water – 1 tbsp
How to Make Wedding Chicken Korma in Urdu – English
Method:
- Take a pan, heat up oil, then add cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, big cardamom, fry for 1 sec.
- Then add onion paste, fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add green chili paste, fresh coriander paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and white pepper, mix and fry well.
- Then add chicken and fry well. Now add yogurt, mix well.
- Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
- Then add almond paste, green cardamom powder, cover and cook on dum for 5 minutes.
- Then add kewra water and serve with tandoori naan and enjoy.
