Chickpea Curry
This chickpea curry is one of the most delicious recipes I’ve ever made. We make it almost every week because it comes together in less than 25 minutes, and is perfect for meal prep along with boiled rice or oil chapatti.

Chana Chaat Recipe with Yogurt
Ingredients:
- Tomato – 2
- Onion – 1
- Boiled chickpeas – 400 gm
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ground coriander – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Paprika powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Bay leaf – 1
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Cloves – 2
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Gram flour – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
Garnishing:
- Fenugreek leaves
- Green chillies
- Fresh coriander
- Garam masala powder
Keto Meatballs
Method:
- Blend tomato and onion, set aside.
- Mix all seasoning in a bowl along with 2 tbsp of water
- Heat up oil and stir fry bay leaf, cumin seeds, clove and cinnamon stick with gram flour.
- Add seasoning, fry for 1 minute. Add blended tomato and onion. Fry well.
- Add ginger garlic paste, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled chickpeas, some water and fenugreek leaves. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fenugreek leaves, green chilies, garam masala powder and fresh coriander.
- Serve with chapatti, naan or boiled rice.
