To Prepare Halwa Mixture
Ingredients:
- Carrots – 1 kg
- Cow milk – 1 litre
- Ghee – 125gm
- Sugar candy – to taste
- Almond, pistachio and raisins – 150gm
- Silver paper – as required
- Saffron – ¼ tsp
Method:
- Cook carrots in milk until milk dries. Then fry well in ghee.
- Then add all dry fruits, sugar candy, silver paper and saffron, mix well.
- Now divide in small portions.
- Take everyday three times a day.
- This remedy will improve your eyesight, also well for your colour complexion, weakness, height issues, dark circles and back pain.
- Along with this mixture, take 3 times a day Tres-Orix Syrup.
- Try to finish 3 bottles.
Cream:
- Mint – 1 bunch
- Rose water – as required
- Saffron – 1 pinch
- Glycerine – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all above ingredients.
- Apply every night around the eyes, also every morning before breakfast take 1 glass of water, add 2 tsp crushed fennel seeds, honey, sugar candy 1 tsp, 3 to 4 crushed almond and 2 crushed cloves.
