Try these Quick and tasty chicken wings, every body will love it

Cooper Kettle’s Chicken Wings

Ingredients for chicken:

  1. Chicken wings – 5
  2. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  3. White pepper – 1 tsp
  4. Soya sauce – 3 tsp
  5. Vinegar – 3 tsp
  6. Salt – 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for batter:

  1. Egg – 1
  2. White pepper – 1 tsp
  3. Vinegar – 2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  6. Soya sauce – 1 tsp
  7. Corn flour – 2 tsp
  8. Oil – for frying

Method:

  • In a pan, add wings, 1 cup of water, white pepper, Vinegar, red chilli powder, Soya sauce and salt, mix and cook on steam until it’s tender and water dries.
  • Take off the flame and let it cool down. Now take a bowl, add egg, white pepper, Vinegar, red chili powder, salt, Soya sauce and corn flour, mix and apply on wings, leave for 10 minutes.
  • Heat up oil in a pan, deep fry chicken wings until light golden and crispy.
  • Serve with ketchup or any kind of sauce.
