Microwave Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
- Flour – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Butter – 8 tbsp
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
- Coco powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Milk – 1/2 cup
Method:
In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until it becomes cream. Strain flour, baking powder and coco powder. Now add eggs in butter and sugar, mix and beat, then add dry mixture and mix with spoon. Pour this mixture in microwave safe dish and cook for 8 minutes. You can use this sponge cake in any trifle or decorate with cream and jam and enjoy.
