How to Make Easy Potato Pancakes in Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs – 3
  2. Sugar – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  4. Flour – 135 gm
  5. Milk – 500 ml
  6. Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

For Stuffing:

  1. Ricotta cheese
  2. Condensed milk

French Toast Recipe

Method:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, flour and milk until combined and no lumps remain. Add oil and mix it well.
  • Place a large non-stick skillet or pan over medium low heat. Lightly grease with oil.
  • Once thoroughly heated, add 1/3 cup batter to the center and immediately tilt the pan in a circle to coat the bottom in a thin layer.
  • Cook until set on the top and the bottom turns golden, about 2 minutes.
  • Flip and cook until the other side is golden, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove to plate. Rub the pan with more oil and repeat with remaining batter.
  • Prepare stuffing in a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and condensed milk, mix it well and stuff in pancakes as shown in the video.
  • Serve with honey on top (optional).
