Mexican tacos are one of the most famous dishes in the gastronomic tradition. Spicy food lovers are huge fans of Mexican food!

Today I will share these tacos! As in other Mexican recipes, there are many variants since they can be filled with practically anything. We leave you this recipe with beef and chicken, and we propose some more variants. We will prepare beef tacos with store bought hard shell tacos.

Crispy Ground Beef Tacos

Homemade Tacos Shells

Ingredients:

  1. Ground Beef – 350 gm
  2. Red chili g=flakes – 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chili powder – 1/2 t
  4. Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
  5. Onion – 1 chopped
  6. Chopped Tomatoes – 1
  7. Fresh Coriander – 1/4 bunch, Chopped
  8. Shredded Lettuce – 1 cup
  9. Shredded Cheese – 1 cup
  10. Sour Cream
  11. Old El Paso Stand N’ Stuff Shells – 1 package

Keto Samosa

Method:

  • Heat ground beef in a skillet on medium heat until cooked.
  • Add red chili flakes, red chili powder, black pepper and salt. Cook well.
  • Mix onion, tomatoes and fresh coriander in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Warm taco shells in the microwave for 30 seconds
  • Add a layer of cooked taco ground beef to the taco shell.
  • Top taco with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, fresh cilantro and onion mix, cheese and a drizzle of sour cream.
