Kaleji Gurda Masala

Ingredients:

  1. Liver (Kaleji) – 1/2 kg
  2. Oil – 4 tbsp
  3. Onion – 1 sliced
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
  6. Crushed dry coriander seeds – 2 tsp
  7. Crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  9. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  10. Dry fenugreek leaves – 2 tsp
  11. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  12. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

No Bake Keto Tuna Pizza

Method:

  • Wash kaleji and cut in small pieces and put in boiling water for 1 minute. Strain and discard the water.
  • Heat up oil in a wok, sauté onion and add kaleji. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, dry coriander, cumin, red chili powder, salt and fenugreek leaves. Fry well.
  • Now fry on a slightly high flame until kaleji is tender.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
