Dahi Boondi Chaat Recipe
Dahi Boondi Chaat Recipe is prepared with boondi, unlike other chaat that only have chickpeas in them. You can buy boondi from shops or you can make it at home. With the taste of papdi, it makes a much more delicious snack. If you don’t want to use yogurt, you don’t have to. Instead, you can use chana chaat along with boondi.
6 serving
Ingredients:
- Yogurt – 1/2 kg
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Green chili – 4 paste
- Red crushed chili – 1/2 tsp
- Boiled cubed potato – 1
- Boiled chickpeas – 1 cup
- Bondi – 1/2 cup
- Sweet tamarind chutney – 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Chopped onion – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
- Papri – as required
Method:
- Take a bowl, add yogurt, sugar, salt, garlic paste, green chili paste and red crushed chili, mix well.
- Now add boiled potato, chickpeas and boni, mix and garnish with red crushed chili, sweet tamarind chutney, chaat masala, chopped onion, fresh coriander and papri.
- Serve this yummy chana bondi chaat as a snack or in iftari.
