How to Make Murgh Malai Tikka: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless – ½ kg (2″ cubes)
- Crushed Green chilies – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Roasted and crushed dry coriander seeds – 2 tsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
- Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
- Cream – 2 tbsp
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Almonds paste – 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya – 2 tbsp
- Melted butter or oil – for brushing
Chicken Malai Boti Recipe: English – Urdu
Method:
- In a bowl marinate chicken cubes with papaya, green chili, ginger garlic paste, white cumin, garam masala, dry coriander, white pepper, red chilli, cream, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and almonds for 2 hours.
- Then put on skewers, BBQ until nearly done.
- Brush with remaining marinade and BBQ for another 5 minutes.
- Brushing with clarified butter or oil until done.
- Serve with mint green chutney.
