Easy Chicken Pulao Recipe

Cucumber Raita Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Oil – 1/3 cup
  2. Onion – 1 sliced
  3. Bay leaves – 2
  4. Star anise – 1
  5. Cinnamon sticks – 2
  6. Black cardamom – 3
  7. Green cardamoms – 4
  8. Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
  9. Black pepper – 1 tsp
  10. Cloves – 3
  11. Chicken – 1 kg
  12. Salt – 1 tsp
  13. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  14. Chopped tomatoes – 2
  15. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  16. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  17. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  18. Hot water – 2 cups
  19. Soaked rice – 1 1/2 cup
  20. Green chilies – 2 to 3

Keto Spicy Cauliflower Rice

Method:

  • Rinse and soak rice for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pot, add onion and fry until golden brown, then add bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom, green cardamoms, cumin seeds, black pepper and cloves. Fry a bit.
  • Add chicken, salt and ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add some water and cook until chicken is tender.
  • Add 2 cups of hot water, bring to boil then add drained rice.
  • Cover and cook until most water evaporates.
  • Cover the lid with tea towel of foil and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is fully cooked.
  • Fluff and serve hot with salad and raita. Enjoy! 😍
