Easy Matka Gosht Recipe
Matka Gosht Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Mutton – 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Fried onion – 3/4 cup or 2 onion
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Chopped tomato – 4
- Whole garam masala – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
- Oil – 3/4 cup
- Freshly ground black pepper – 1 tsp
- Roasted ground cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Ginger flakes – 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
How to Cook Mutton Kunna
Method:
- Heat up a pot, add mutton, ginger garlic paste, fried onion and turmeric powder, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add tomatoes, whole garam masala, red chili powder and red crushed chili, cook on low flame until tomatoes soften.
- Then add 2 cups of water along with salt, bring to boil on high flame, then cook on low flame until mutton is tender and water dries.
- Then add oil, fresh ground black pepper, crushed cumin seeds and fry for 4 to 5 minutes on low heat.
- Then add ghee, switch off the flame and add lemon juice, cover for 5 minutes.
- Then garnish with ginger flakes, fresh coriander and green chilies, cover for extra 5 minutes.
- Now serve this delicious matka gosht with tandoori naan.
