How to Make Sharbat Rooh Afza: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Phalsa fruit (Grewia Asiatica) – 1/2 kg
- Chilled water – 2 litres
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- Jaggery or Sugar – 1/4 kg
- Rooh-e- afza – 2 to 3 tbsp (Red drink very popular in Pakistan & India)
- Lot of crushed ice
- Fresh mint leaves – for Garnishing
Method:
How to Make Thadal Sharbat in Urdu – English
- Soak phalsa in water for 30 minutes.Strain out the fruit and mash the fruit and remove the seeds.
- Add Falsa in a blender with crushed ice, sugar , black salt , Rooh-e-afza drink and chilled water.Blend it nicely.
- Take it out in the glass , chill it in the fridge if you like more cold.
- Serve garnish with mint leaves.
- Trust me a very refreshing drink to have it in hot Summer !
