Gola Kebab: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ground Beef with fat – 1 lb ( 1/2 KG)(KEEMA) (MOISTURE STRAIN)
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Ginger Powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Cumin Masala – 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper – 1 tsp
- Besan – 1 tsp
- Corn Starch – 1 tsp
- Fried Onion – 1/2 cup
- Yogurt – 1 tbsp
- Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
- Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
- Green Chili Paste – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
- Papaya – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Charcoal piece – 1
Keto Butter Chicken Curry
Method:
- Put all the spices in a meat and blend.
- Put the meat in bowl and give a smoke for 40 second.
- Take a unsharpened pencil put the ball into the unsharpened pencil make a shape take it from it and shallow fry it.
- On another bring fajita plate to hot add oil and put onion🧅 and on the top add the Gola kabab and watch it sizzle.
- Serve with paratha and imli ki chutney
