Gola Kebab: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Ground Beef with fat – 1 lb ( 1/2 KG)(KEEMA) (MOISTURE STRAIN)
  2. Salt – 1 tsp
  3. Ginger Powder – 1 tsp
  4. Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  5. Chat Masala – 1 tsp
  6. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  7. Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  8. Cumin Masala – 1 tsp
  9. Crushed Red Pepper – 1 tsp
  10. Besan – 1 tsp
  11. Corn Starch – 1 tsp
  12. Fried Onion – 1/2 cup
  13. Yogurt – 1 tbsp
  14. Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
  15. Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
  16. Green Chili Paste – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
  17. Papaya – 1 tbsp (STRAIN WATER)
  18. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  19. Charcoal piece – 1

Keto Butter Chicken Curry

Method:

  • Put all the spices in a meat and blend.
  • Put the meat in bowl and give a smoke for 40 second.
  • Take a unsharpened pencil put the ball into the unsharpened pencil make a shape take it from it and shallow fry it.
  • On another bring fajita plate to hot add oil and put onion🧅 and on the top add the Gola kabab and watch it sizzle.
  • Serve with paratha and imli ki chutney
