Home Remedies to Stop Premature Graying of Hair by Dr Kurram
Home Remedies to Stop Premature Graying of Hair recomended by Dr Khurram Mushir, many people have this issue about premature graying hair. Try any of them from these remedies.
No: 1-
- Desi egg oil – ¼ cup
- Black pepper crushed – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic crushed – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp crushed
- Vinegar – ½ tsp
- Mix all above ingredients and store it for 2 to 3 days. Before using, heat it up
- And add a pea-sized amount of betamethasone cream. Massage it well thrice a week.
- It will help in hair growth too.
- Use follicle nutritional shampoo for hair fall.
No: 2-
- Kaala patthar – 10 gm crushed
- 1 jute piece ash
- Coconut oil – ½ kg
- Minoxidil 5% – 3 to 4 drops
- Mix and massage at bedtime leaving it on overnight and wash it off in the morning with selenium 2.5% shampoo.
- Apply it on alternate days.
No: 3-
- Mustard oil – 250 gm
- Henna leaves – 100 gm
- Mustard oil boiled with henna leaves is also useful in healthy growth of hair and early grey hair.
- Take multivitamin containing zinc.
- Eat roasted liver with ginger n lemon juice.
- Include olive oil, egg, cottage cheese, milk, green leafy vegetables in your diet.

em frm Mumbai, we required Kala pathar, but we are not getting dis materilal ova hea, can anybody let us know actually wat dis is and wer can i get dis or wat else dis material called…

kala pathar is not kala namak … its a poison so don’t taste it… its for making hair black,,, leave the stone on white cloth after a day see the result
