How to Cook Tandoori chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken β 1 (cut in 4 pieces)
- Crushed fried cumin seeds β 1 tbsp
- Salt β 1 tsp or to taste
- Red chilli powder β 2 Β½ tsp
- Garlic ginger paste β 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice β 3 tbsp
- Turmeric powder β 1 tsp
- Coriander powder β 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilli or degi mirch β 2 tbsp
- Yogurt β 1 Β½ cup
- Oil β 6 tbsp
- Black pepper β Β½ tsp
- Orange food colour β few drops
Method:
- Mix all above ingredients and apply on chicken pieces, leave for 2 hours.
- Bake in preheated oven on 190ΒΊC for 35 to 40 minutes.
- When its done, give smoke of charcoal.
- Serve this yummy chicken with mix vegetable salad and Peshawari chutney.
